Shipping 

We want our customers to receive their purchase in the place of their preference, shipments costs are calculated with the final weight of the order and the delivery address. The weight of any of these items can be found on their details page. To reflect the policies of the companies we use, all weights will be rounded to the next full pound.

Currently, we have Domestic (United States) and International (Panama and Venezuela) shipments

Domestic Shipping

When you place an order, we will calculate the shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We will use a combination of carriers to ensure the fastest and safest delivery of your items with online package tracking.

Free shipping is available for orders over $ 1,000.00.

In most cases, orders placed before 6 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be sent the next business day. Items in stock usually arrive within 1-7 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping

All orders are subject to approval by our Verification Department. We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed for any reason.

Returns Policy

Domestic orders

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

International orders

We do not accept returns on international shipments, we do not make refunds. All the products we sell for Panama and Venezuela have an international guarantee.
